Nose open and forward with a charred kirsch character blackcherry and liqueur, pleasant long and soft.
Open, damp earth and a little menthol lanolin/, fine and elegant, iodine light bretty characters developing, wet leather and damp forest mushroons, red cranberry and cherry fruit, earthy, very ripe fruit on palate round and complex, grilled red pepper aroma, very long, superb.
Starting to develop a brown aged rim, open earthy, full tobacco and cedar wood cigar box aromas mixed with leather and dark dried fruits, plums, damsons and cherries, minerally and lean acidity, full palate – still young, but with elegant and silky tannins, great balance, will last 30+ years.
Golden yellow, very bright colour, nose opens and evolves from petroluem and floral to lime leaf kaffir notes, little lemongrass – with air develops into a rich honeyed camomile white flower with nuts, still very crisp and mineral palate, fresh and long.
Dark purple with red rim, nose full smokey and rich, fruitcake vanilla oak fresh blackcurrants, vanilla cream still youthful, firm and very fresh acidity, quite closed.
Nose very fresh claen and minerally, racy acidity and depth of complexity, youthful but mature, 30 minutes after opening nose becomes more macadamia nut, roasted hazelnuts, creamy butter hints and damp cloth. Amazing palate fresh mineral and very long. Ramonet at his best.
Nose open very aromatic, delicious old Amarone balsamic complexity, truffle and black chocolate aromas, earthy rich fruitcake like, palate quite soft tannins, very long and harmonious, delicious.
Full and weighty classic wine, still young, nose dense and compact, well balanced and muscular, black currant and cedar wood, palate well alanced and smoth, long finish.
