Nose open rich ripe and powerful, candided and roasted orange peel, baked clementines, honey, grilled nuts, saffron and lemon acidity, very complex aromas, round full and fat on the palate, nice acidity, orange honey and saffron on palate, very long and complex finish.

Deep black bowl extending to rim, nose intense new wood sawdust aromas not yet integrated but lovely ripe cassis and bramble fruit little smoke, bit disjointed but shows massive potential. Palate firm tannins, youthful and full not harsh or angular very elegant, sweet ripe black fruit grippy length great with solid rich food. Great wine but young.

Open with ripe blackcurrant pastille aromas, wet tobacco and mûre, slight violet flowers and a little bonfire smoke, liquorice and black cherries, very complex and sexy. Palate rounded with a clean acidity, slightly chewy tannins, lush fruit round and long.

Deep golden colour, very smoky nose, cinder toffee and black treacle, great acidity, very long in palate, mature confit stone fruits, complex with a very long finish, typical Ramonet acidity and limestone minerals, very rich on nose very rapier like on palate.

Golden yellow colour, hazy – non filtered, nose intense open ripe bacon fat and honey roasted ham,brioche butter roasted hazelnuts, tropical pineapple, crème brulee, dried coconut flakes round ripe palate good balance not too heavy or alcoholic, lovely long buttered popcorn finish.

Nose little floral almost tropical (?)violeta and damsen fruit, briar, soft round palate, gentle oak and soft acidity, very moderate style for California, quite European in restraint.

Deep dark bowl with mahognay rim, lovely sheen, nose youthful and complex, very elegant, polished black leather, cigar box, fine tanned leather, dried red fruits, cedar and tobacco, very well balanced long fruit similar to nose, well structured with nice fresh acidity. Fantastic.

Nose intense, wet rock, lime pith, nervosity, smoky citrus and salted lemon character, palate big crisp, clean and long, limey citus flavour with intense mineral tang, slight smoke and wet rock. Amazing balance and length. A very distinctive Coche style.
