Etienne Sauzet 1986
Very raw ripe hot butter nose, quite oxidised, though not totally maderized, golden amber colour, crisp and clean palate compared to nose with lots of mineral hints. Poor nose need decanting but past its best.

Deep dark bowl with mahognay rim, lovely sheen, nose youthful and complex, very elegant, polished black leather, cigar box, fine tanned leather, dried red fruits, cedar and tobacco, very well balanced long fruit similar to nose, well structured with nice fresh acidity. Fantastic.
