Pale gold straw, nose open floral and nutty, Ramonet minerals and wet rock aromas. Creamy and round, little lactic and slightly smokey on the nose. Palate dry crisp and light mineral acidity, creamy soft cheesy fruit, wet stones and acidity, citrus and white lemon pith, med to long length, good.

Tight solid firm nose and palate, acidic and full bodied, disjointed and slighty green fruit? Strange bottle? Big and more tight than 96, less giving and seems like less potential.

Nose very young, closed and not expressive, palate quite firm, very fine grained young tannins, juicy fruit to acid balance, supple and quite charming although youthful and still finding harmony. Needs time.

Pale lemon colour, nose tight light pineapple and a little stone fruit aroma, very closed and young, fine and elegant not powerful, needs age.

Nose very open and forward, spicy and warm ripe tropical fruit toast and smoke, palate rich and tropical, mango and pineapple, cornflake popcorn oak on nose, very rich on palate with minerality lacking.

Black bowl with purple rim, a little maturity, thick, coloured tears, nose deep and concentrated classic Bordeaux aromas, black leather cedar and cassis, deep and complex, palate little shorter than expected but good.
