Wine tasting session with a By The Glass Wine Preservation System
The folks at By The Glass (UK) Ltd have a very special machine, they call it a By The Glass Wine Dispenser and Preservation System. It can store opened bottles of both red and white wines at correct temperatures and keep them in perfect condition for a minimum of two weeks, reducing wastage while giving the customer the perfect drinking experience every time. The Dispenser can also release measured portions into glasses, reducing over-pours and making stock control easier.
To put their claims of preservation to the test, they opened bottles of high-quality wine and placed them into the Dispenser. 8 days later I visited their offices to taste the wines. Watch my verdict in this video.
